"Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well . "

"Absolute best! The views are unbelievable and being located between Sapa and a Hmong village made for nice walks to both places. We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world.
