"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"A 5* experience in a beautiful location with a fabulous room with balcony. The stylish interior design, a la Philippe Starck, and personal touches only added to the overall experience. The level of service was exceptional and the general manager Edgar was extremely kind, informative, helpful and compassionate, and all front of house, waiting and other staff were helpful and polite. The enclosed swimming pool (open 24hrs) and sauna were fab as was the breakfast buffet. An amazing experience. "

"Good location just on the outskirt of city centre. Easy check in/out with friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Outside patio area to relax in. Restaurant not open on a Sunday evening. Would stay again for an overnight stop. "
