"Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention."

Please cancel any bookings you have here Pro: • Location • Big space and nice terrace Against: • Front door to building is broken and replaced with dodgy door and plywood frame which is constantly open. "Property is in a great location just behind the Vrijdagmarkt a vibrant square which is a short walk to the main square with St Nicholas Church, the Cathedral and the Belfry. An underground car park is just around the corner where you can park as long as you like for a fee. The apartment was well designed to make the most of the space, comfortable, clean & tidy. I would recommend if staying in Gent. "

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "Apartment was large, right in the city centre with everything around it. There was a supermarket opposite, bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. The flat was clean and spacious with a nice little balcony outside to have a drink, even if the view is not brilliant, a nice bonus in the city centre. Beds were comfy, heating was easy to control. The kitchen was large and so was the dinning table. The only small minuses were the lack of a microwave and iron, and maybe a soak matt for the shower...

"We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could.
