Well located and comfortable
It’s a nice hotel, well located. The room is very simple, almost like a hostel, but comfortable. I liked it but would not stay there again, for that price I could have gotten something better. We left really early in the morning and the guy in shift in the front desk only spoke portuguese which made it really difficult for check out since we had to pay for some stuff from the minibar. Breakfast is included and is really great.

Pretty standard, thinnest walls I've ever experienced in a hotel, could literally hear the people next door having a normal conversation. Not to mention the noise from the elevator. No safe (cofre) in the room, which is unacceptable. No tissues. White lights in the rooms, makes everything look like a hospital. Plugs difficult to reach, gotta move the bedside tables and reach down behind. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Never seen so many different capsule coffee options! Fruit selection was great

Requer melhoria no atendimento
Um pequeno ruído de informação quanto a metodologia para solicitação de limpeza de quarto, mas que foi contornado. Atendimento no café da manhã não foi bom, onde solicitações simples como um ovo frito não foram atendidas ( demorararam tanto e não deram a mínima satisfação). A reposição era morosa.
