Recepcionista que me atendeu merece todos os parabéns pela calma e paciência. O café da manhã é ótimo, todos os funcionários são gentis. O quarto é uma decepção. Estive no mesmo hotel 9 anos atrás e o quarto era maior. Desta vez, a roupa de cama está velha e desgastada e o banheiro estava sujo.

Na chegada, parei o carro pra tirar as malas e surgiram 2 rapazes ríspidos nos pressionando para tirar o carro, mesmo eu estando com 1 criança e 1 bebê, e mesmo eu dizendo que só iria tirar as malas e já iria devolver o carro pra locadora. Ele insistindo de forma ríspida, “que tinha uma câmera”. Acabou dizendo pra eu parar em uma vaga destinada a pessoa com deficiência. Quando cheguei no quarto, o banheiro estava sujo, com cheiro de xixi. O local do café da manhã e as áreas comuns quentes, abafadas, sem ar condicionado ou com ar condicionado insuficiente. No meio da madrugada soou um alarme muito alto no quarto, acordando todos. Liguei pra recepção e falaram que era “problema técnico no alarme de incêndio, mas o prédio não estava incendiando”. Do nada, surgiu um cheiro forte de cigarro no quarto, vindo no ar condicionado. Provavelmente a passagem do ar é interligada entre os aptos e alguém estava fumando em algum quarto. Já me hospedei em vários Ibis e sempre gostei. Nunca tive qualquer problema. Já neste, realmente achei o hotel muito mal cuidado. Foi decepcionante porque eu estava em família, (esposa, 1 filha pequena e 1 bebê de 8 meses).
