"Condo is in a beautiful area with a stunning view of the water from the patio. Everything was very clean and ready for our arrival. The condo could use a little updating but still very quaint and cozy. The bedroom tv was a disappointment. Not a smart tv and no hook-up to cable. Other than that we had a wonderful time."

"Overall, it was a true pleasure. The only (minor) problem was that the TV/DVD/VHS systems in the living area and downstairs bedroom failed to function properly, probably because of obsolete cabling and electronics. The kitchen-based equipment and utilities were very clean and functioned well. Otherwise, this condo was ideal, either for a weekend or a week's stay (couple or larger group). Instructions and local conveniences for the renter(s) were fine."
