"A loft, so stairs...well maintained and easily negotiated...opening to a very clean, nicely appointed living space. Cozy with all the amenities you need and more. The setting with Fall colors was idyllic. Peaceful and near many areas we explored for food and shopping and antiques, while visiting family and attending a nearby wedding. Couldn't ask for more. "We loved our visit to Malabar Orchard! The grounds were extremely well kept and there were mowed pathways back to the well-stocked fishing pond. I caught five large bass in about an hour! It was peaceful and a great getaway for my wife and I. The owner tells you to bring drinking water, and that was great advice as the tapwater is well water and smells pretty poorly, but Mike has done a great job in putting together the rental property.
