"The communication with the property management required several follow up communications. They did answer the phone immediately. We had an issue with the smell. The units both had scents plugged in throughout the home. So if you’re sensitive to smell this isn’t for you. The back unit B upon opening the door had an overwhelming odor of scent, wet dog and marijuana. We could not use it. No refund. Took over a week and required prompting to even address to which the response was cleaning didn’t...

"I had to evacuate for a hurricane and Louis was generous enough to allow me to book last minute and bring my dogs (which he didn’t have to since the booking said no pets) The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a stay. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever need to head to pensacola I will definitely stay there again. Thank you agai!"
