It is a basement suite, the design of which would be perfect for someone attending the nearby university, but not for two couples. (The person sleeping in the queen-sized bed in the small bedroom must open their door and step into the living area, which now contains a king-sized bed in order to transit to the bathroom.) The bedroom contains no furniture except for the bed and one very small night...

"My friends and I had girls weekend in Canandaigua and stayed here. It’s a great location right on Main St. and within walking distance to the lake and all of the shops in town. The interior appears to be all brand new and they thought of all of the little things like having make up removal wipes and creamer for coffee. We didn’t want to leave!!"

"Good place to stay for the Ironman. Steps/deck leading into it were a bit unkept/boards falling off so be careful there. Unit was nice and was cool during a heat wave. Hard to get a hold of hosts through app but they were right downstairs if we needed anything. Tikki bar is a must!"
