The bedroom contains no furniture except for the bed and one very small night...

"Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!"

Easy access to several great wineries. Only hiccup is the unit is near downtown (which is great) so a little noisy at night. "My friends and I had girls weekend in Canandaigua and stayed here. It’s a great location right on Main St. and within walking distance to the lake and all of the shops in town.
