"The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The room was quiet, easy to relax. The hot tub was a special treat after a busy day. A microwave and fridge was great, I always end up with leftovers. There are restaurants with delicious food close enough to walk to. The staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The room has a lot of space to store extra clothes, etc, instead of storing in the suitcase. I recommend staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dubuque, IA. There are many things to do in the area. It’s a beautiful city. "

"I read reviews but doesn't give place justice. It clean, comfortable beds, the reviews about breakfast is right is good for hotels.Great breakfast. The pool was warm and refreshing. Does need to be cleaned a little more often but refreshing. Hot tub was great. It was not hot last day out of 3 day stay. But amazing the first two days. People say the hotel needs to be updated. I will take older, with comfortable beds, and clean atmosphere every time. Great location, check the bar across the street. Amazing bartender and fun bar. "

"This property was by far one of the best I have ever stayed at. The atmosphere was so inviting. The historical information online was so amazing. Everything we needed was either in the hotel or within a stones throw. The bed seemed like it was too firm when we first tried it out, but ended up being the first time I have been pain free after a night's sleep in forever! The hot tub and pool area was clean and unlike other properties we have stayed at was not full of children in the hot tub without parents!"

"Very nice property. Downtown Galena less than 2 miles away. Gentle rolling hills were ever the eye can see. Birth place of President Grant. Something to do for everyone an Dubuque Iowa is 12 miles away plenty to due there too. You can ski ⛷️ near by or watch the leaves 🍁 fall. You will need about 3 days to see it all an not be rushed, enjoy 😉 "
