Property manager failed to provide access to the unit on the day of check-in. This required me to contact Vrbo and the property manager to get access. An incorrect access code was provided by the property manager once he was finally able to be contacted. This required that I contact him again to get a correct code. Once in the unit, the thermostat would sustain the desired temperature after being set, with the heat dropping into the 50's at night as a result. The access code was then deactivated prior to our departure date (2 days prior), during which time, the Property Manager was unable to be accessed for over three hours. An updated access code was provided at 2:45 a.m. while my wife and 4 children waited for us to get entry. Our personal belongings were unable to accessed this entire time. It took nearly a week for the property manager to respond to my requests for a full refund due to the poor service received and denial of access to the property, twice. Look to stay elsewhere; awful experience.
