"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This is the second year that we have stayed at Etiennes apartment. The space is very small and quite basic but absolutely perfect location for the ski lift ( just outside the front door). When we arrived Etienne and his family were at the apartment putting some final touches to some improvements. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise.
