"The location is wonderful: Quiet residential area with a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The condo needs some ceiling repairs. The shower faucet was difficult to adjust to regulate the temperature of the water. It was well stocked and overall nice. There is no trolley stop in Belleair Beach, so a car or use of Uber is necessary. The owners were responsive to our needs."

"The view out the window and off the balcony cannot be beat. The beach is terrific - wide and uncrowded. The unit was overall clean and big enough for two people for a couple of days. The updated kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. However, this was the kind of place where we never knew what we were going to find broken next, which in our case included a closet door that almost fell on my head, the toilet paper holder coming out of its mount, and a beach chair that was so broken it was...
