"Lovely welcoming hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and he was made as welcome as we were which was great. Nice room which was spotlessly clean. Food at the hotel was lovely and there was ample choice. Only one problem that we came across was that we were staying in room 10 and we had trouble on several occasions on getting the door to unlock to get in our room and staff seemed to be aware of the problem. I therefore think that the problem should surely need some attention so that others don’t have this experience rather than ignoring it."

"Very happy with the price. Free upgrade from club room to suite was appreciated. Lovely large fuffy towels. Very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were all welcoming. Small gym, pool, steam room and sauna on site. Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it."

"What a lovely little gem of a hotel! It’s in a great location—within walking distance to Saltaire, which was perfect for a bit of exploring after work. The staff truly make this place special—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable. While the hotel has a slightly dated feel, the charm, stunning views, and exceptional service more than make up for it. A special thanks to Johnson for the fantastic breakfast—it was a great way to start the day. I’m already looking forward to trying dinner next time! Also, a big shoutout to Rudi and Olivia, who were wonderful hosts at breakfast. They created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that really made the stay feel personal. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be booking again on my next trip."
