"I liked everything when it came down to being clean and having good breakfast in the morning. There was so much noise that you kept getting woke up. We were by the door people came in and out of. The side doors didn’t latch coming and going from the hotel. Kids playing in the pool making noise after hours. I talked to another couple and they mentioned the police being there over domestic violence. Not really a safe place to be. Everything else was perfect but these important aspects were not rating in the safety part of the stay."

When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent."
