"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). Several interesting local beaches within 5-10 minute drive which would definitely recommend,...

"Jolie maison en pierres avec bel extérieur, piscine agréable et jeux pour les enfants (ping pong, foot, basket, filet de volley pour la piscine) Maison rustique et peu de vaisselle (un peu odorante avec un vaisselier) Pas ou très peu de communication avec le propriétaire qui passe tous les jours (sans prévenir), dommage pour le tarif"

"Superb modern villa divided into two apartments complete with all facilities. We used the kitchen in the lower apartment for preparing food to be cooked on the barbecue. The property is comfortable with plenty of space for guests."

"We enjoyed the space and privacy of this lovely and comfortable villa. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"Heerlijk verblijf in Piçan, privé-terrein met twee bungalows voor eigen gebruik. Ruim, goed onderhouden en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren met lokale lekkernijen als wijn en kaas. De week afwisselend doorgebracht aan het zwembad en met de vele activiteiten die in de omgeving te doen zijn. Lekker gegeten bij diverse restaurant maar ook prima "thuis" kunnen koken. Zeker een aanrader voor een relaxte week op dit schiereiland."

"Eine schöne Villa stilvoll eingerichtet mit angenehmen Betten und einem riesen großen Pool. Nur noch ein Whirlpool hat gefehlt und das Internet ist nicht so gut wie gewohnt. Insektengitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern wären nicht verkehrt und ein Holzgrill für die Außenküche. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. "
