Nachdem wir die Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe kontaktiert haben, sagte diese die Unterkunft sei auf Grund von Eugenverwendung nicht verfügbar. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung. Müssten dann kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft Buchen, die teurer war. Die Vermieterin schob die Schuld auf die Agentur, welche wohl informiert war. The villa was exactly as described in the website, and while our initial correspondence with the property manager via the website/e-mail took ages, (I guess he was very busy) once he put us in touch with Ana she was brilliant. and answered every text immediately.
