"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"This is our second time staying here. This trip was for 14 days. It’s a fantastic apartment in an amazing location. So close to everywhere either by walking, metro or bus! "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. "Location was excellent, very central for exploring, but that’s where the good rating ends. The accomodation was very run down and in need of TLC and refurbishment. It was reminiscent of student living back in the 90’s! For example, the coffee machine was broken, there was only one wine glass, some plug sockets were hanging off the wall, light bulbs out and windows wouldn't shut. It’s a good job that the weather was pleasant for our stay because we were not allowed to have the heating on!...

"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...
