"Heating was great No parking Used soap left in bathroom No bin in kitchen, just a bucket, we went and purchased bin bags Spare bedroom had jocks and socks under the bed, not cleaned Bathroom mouldy Toilet flush got stuck numerous times Wouldn’t recommend a young family with all the stairs Sliding door going to balcony would not lock Communication sent asking about parking and was responded nearly 2 days later "

"The flat was comfortable in good location with great view. I am very experienced traveller of 63yrs age & 53 countries. **BUT..checkin was disaster! I had moved from a flat same building & collected key across road 250m away. This management wanted me to go 8km away saying only choice [bs, I say!] Gave me wrong locker & code initially to get key. A long black hair in bathroom basin, professional cleaners?? Bedside lamp not connected. Very few essential kitchen basics for a 1 week stay. MadeComfy is allegedly a national professional company specialising in shortstay management. VERY POOR under such circumstances! Will avoid this company in the future. MUST IMPROVE!! Nice pretty flat, poor management."

"Not a good start when the key pick up information was incorrect. The bed was the hardest I have ever encountered and the blankets in the wardrobe were dirty and smelly, lipstick marks on wine glasses, oven trays greasy, oven door full of crumbs. Not one dessert or soup spoon in the cutlery drawer. Couldn't find a way to get the roller blinds in bedrooms up and down. No instructions for oven, microwave etc. No free to air tv channels, only u tube. Furniture was old and plastic/tin... very cheap and nasty. The only positive was the location, having all shopping very close."
