"This is a beautiful and incredibly convenient hotel for stop overs. Very helpful staff. Various massages and treatments available. The only down side was it said it was a spa hotel but only provided treatments not amenities. Breakfast was serviced by Shreyas and made sure we had everything we needed. "

"I stayed at the Oberoi two times in a two week period upon arrival and departure in India. The first stay was the perfect landing into the country after a 23 hour journey. The staff was welcoming and helpful after such a long time. The room was luckily upgraded and we entered into a true sanctuary. Everything is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious. It's a nice walk to the sea for sunset and close to cool shopping like Kala Ghoda and Colaba. It's quiet and beautiful. The staff was all extremely helpful with my severe seafood allergy and made me feel confident and attended to. We loved our first stay so much that we canceled our other reservation in Mumbai for the end of the trip and rebooked at Oberoi. And it did not disappoint"

While the traffic in Mumbai is crazy crowded the Concerige arranged for our airport pickup and transportation each day! The staff was courteous and always eager to help in any and every way! The sweet lady Baia in the 17th floor Executive Lounge was outstanding!"
