"We really enjoyed our stay—it was quiet, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of checking in and out online and leaving a tip digitally; it saved time and made the whole process smoother. Being able to send a text message if we needed anything was also a great feature. We also liked the location—it worked well for us. The only thing we would have preferred is a higher-mounted shower instead of the hand-held type in our room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay."

"Everything was great, close to everything in Napa. Breakfast buffet was good, everything was stocked up. Only flaws: not enough towels in room for 4 peoplw, no water in room, parking fee of 18 dollars- didnt seem necessary as the hotel is located in a large shopping area adjacent to theater and gym? Not enough seating in breakfast buffet area."

"This property is one of my favorites! The views of the Golden Gate Bridge are incredible, as well as of the Bay. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant is very delicious. The service is bar none excellent. I would definitely recommend this unique hotel. My only complaint is that the suites need a few updates. For example, the blinds in both rooms were broken and wouldn't roll up, making for a less clear view of the bridge. "
