"I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...
