The hotel is very nice, very quiet, in an old temple and palace, with feng shui installations (a great fountain in the yard). And all around you get into the real chinese life, with many people selling, walking, cycling, living. Good restaurants and popular and historical spots all over, and a little further: bars, night life, temples, parcs and lakes.
BUT the staff, as almost everyone in China, speaks little english (not to say french or spanish!); and the rooms are small and the cleaning is not perfect. Nevertheless, the mattress was perfect, the bathroom very nice and we had good sleep!
