"We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom.
