"Only thing I would say is that the room service was poor. Tried to call for a pasta when we arrived around 9.30pm, the menu says available 24/7, when I rang room service they said room service had finished, I tried to ask why it said 24/7 on the menu and he said "speak to the kitchen" and put me through to someone who couldn't speak English, who then told me to speak to reception. Tried calling reception and no one answered. Eventually gave up. Other than that the hotel is nice. Clean, nice rooms and a good location "

"The hotel boasts impeccable aesthetics—stylish and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was exactly as pictured: cozy, comfortable, and the bathroom was a standout, featuring an epic shower for a hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Tope, was a highlight—both the food and the service were fantastic. However, the main restaurant, bar, and café located on the ground floor were a letdown—overpriced and fairly average. On the bright side, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great—an easy walk to Brussels’ main tourist spots and right next to a beautiful botanical garden, which was perfect for slower-paced mornings. This was my first stay with The Hoxton, and I’m genuinely impressed. The design and comfort of the rooms alone have made me a fan of the brand."
