"The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent."

"Staff was were very nice and helpful. Minor issues in a few rooms such as lights not working, stove not working, bad odor. All brought to attention of staff. Hopefully they will address the issues. Would stay there again."

"didnt want to share it my kids and grandkids,, we've been coming to this vrbo in beechgrove for many years now.. just my husband and i... but we decided to do away with not sharing it to having 14 of kids and grandkids join us for a destination Thanksgiving.. some coming from California and New Mexico,, the rest including my husband and me from Texas.... it was perfectly full of chaos and lovely,,plenty of room for all of us.
