"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."

"A coworker and I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for work. We really enjoyed the stay and it was much better than being in a hotel room for 3 nights. The large TV and recliners were are plus for watching the Super Bowl. The host called prior to arrival to ensure we knew that he stayed upstairs. I was aware of this since it is in the listing but very professional of him to call and make sure we were aware. The way it’s set up with its own entrance and having the entire downstairs made it...

"This was a great stay. I was fortunate enough to find this house at the last minute, the weekend right before Christmas and we lucked out. The house is nice and tastefully decorated.I was in town for my father's funeral and needed a place to accommodate 5 people. Not only was it spacious and everyone had a bed (the beds were really comfortable too) the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Fresh clean towels, soaps, a full ice bin and instructions about the home. The only downside...

"We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and spacious. We arrived the evening after a snow shower. The house was freezing and it took most of the evening to heat the house. The front stairs were covered in ice and my daughter did end up slipping on them. Thankful, she was not hurt. The host replied to my messages promptly. There is a great coffee shop at the end of the street which was so convenient and yummy! Neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"All VERY clean! There were 10 of us for Thanksgiving dinner and 2 large tables worked great for us. However, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs were not nearly adequate. All else great!"

"We stayed here for a short (2 night) get-away with the intention of seeing Augusta and were not disappointed. The host was easy to contact and very communicative when needed. Any question we had was answered promptly. The space was bigger than it looked, both online and in person. Well maintained and decorated with vibrant and fun colors, just as the listing says. The only item that we were slightly (very slightly) disappointed with is the loft where some of the arcade games are located. ...

"We are local to Aiken and were looking for an overnight stay close to downtown to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Kendra welcomed us with flowers and treats that were so thoughtful! The house was very clean, excellent proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again! "
