"Nothing fancy but the rooms are nice, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked that the property is right on the beach and less than a mile from downtown Privincetown so you can walk if you'd like. Only things i didn't give 5 stars on were that the fire ring in the courtyard (which is a very nice feature) kept going on and off (the wind may have had something to do with that). Also the beach would have been a bit nicer had they done a daily cleanup of all the seaweed that lines the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and I will use this hotel when we return. "
