There was an issue with the heating but the host Karl was very helpful in sorting this out.I especially liked the use of the owners specific Netflix account for the cottage as this avoids forgetting to remove your own account. "Fantastic little cottage and the attention to details was great!!! The owners supplied milk, coffee, tea and chocolate chip muffins which were very much welcomed after a long drive. Location was brilliant and very close to Alton Towers (5 mins drive) and the suggested walks around the area were very relaxing. All in all we had a fantastic and relaxing time staying in this cottage. Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends."
