"This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again."

"This townhouse was very spacious for five adults, and within a 7 minute walk of the center of Keswick and Dermwentwater. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The electric fireplace was very nice. The kitchen has been redone really well. Some room for improvements would be replacing the carpet in the living and dining rooms. It is very old and dirty. The bathrooms could use some towel bars. The back door has a big gap along the side which makes the kitchen and downstairs bath cold. The...

"In dire need of attention. The entrance was disgraceful. We had to almost climb over the weeds growing out of the gaps making it extremely difficult to walk through, especially when on crutches. Whilst clean on the surface, there were hanging cobwebs, rotten windows which couldn't be opened and dirt along all the skirting boards, pillows that should have been put in the skip as they were so lumpy and the mattress cover was barely in one piece. "We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back."

"The property is situated on a main road so there is some traffic noise but you would expect that from such a central location. Parking facilities are excellent. We easily got a medium car in the space available. We were lucky enough to be able to eat on the terrace balcony three times- amazing views. Overall would highly recommend"
