"My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. We are 70 and I have a knee injury, so all of this was a challenge. ...

"The only advantages of this hotel are comfortable firm bed and tasty breakfast. The rest requires, to put it mildly, significant improvement. Cleanliness - it's a shame to write about it. "Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!"
