"I was greeted and made to feel very welome, as usual, by José at reception. He has been here as long as I've been coming to this hotel and he is a major reason why I keep coming back. José is always friendly and he makes me feel like a valued client. He's efficient, professional and always has a smile on his face. I travel a fair bit for business and have stayed in a lot of hotels. José is the one who stands out for his wonderful customer service."

"I checked into my room and when I noticed that it was one of the older rooms, I requested for an upgrade and they provided me with one for a reasonable price. The staff also allowed me to check in a bit early as I was working. I loved the new room. It had wooden floors and a view of the lake. Very nice hotel. Good staff!"

"Nice boutique hotel in a perfect location downtown Trois-Rivières. Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed. I ate breakfast twice at the adjoining restaurant Le Bistroquet. Both times the food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Loads of restaurants and bars walking distance. The only inconvenience is the off-site parking which is not controlled. Hotel staff does go check and ticket those who park without authorisation, but they cannot be there all the time and I had a situation where my parking spot was taken by someone parking illegally. Not a big inconvenience as they were able to quickly assign me a new spot. That said, my overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back."
