Winter Escape On Perfection, Ski In/Out, Pool and Hot Tub

This beautifully renovated Ski In/Ski Out, Pet Friendly, 1 bed 1 bath condo is perched directly over top of the Perfection ski run and is just up the hill from the Ridge Rocket chairlift.
On top of having a nice view of the Monashee Mountain Range from the patio the Big White Village and all of its amenities, including restaurants, rental shops, pubs and more is just up the road.

Step out the door and put your skis or board on and be directly on the run, or in the summer ride your bike a few hundred feet through the Village to the Bullet chair to access the bike park in the summer.

The condo in the Snow Ghost building is perfect for couples who are looking to escape, or also great for a small family as kids can sleep on the pull-out couch.

Located on the 2nd floor

Parking
When arriving at the condo there are two (2) parkade levels that you may use. You can park in any stall, guests are just required to display a parking pass.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 medium size dogs allowed.

Hot Tub and pool closed for renovations. Expected to be open for winter 2023/2024

Ski Locker
Located off parkade for convenient loading/unloading. Ski In/Out directly out of the ski locker room

DISCLAIMER
Please note that there is construction ongoing in the atrium (the centre) of the building until the end of January.
This unit is on the outside of the building, so the construction will be less of an inconvenience than to those units on the inside.
Expected completion is Fall 2023
Also the fireplaces in the building are not operational.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

Fabulous location with a great view
Place was in a great location with a fabulous view of the slopes. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bed was too hard for my liking however.
