This property has the best ski in/ski and bike in/bike out on the mountain as well as the most amazing views! It is a well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo that sleeps 10 and has spectacular views of the Monashee Mountain Range from the private hot tub.

It is in an unbeatable location directly across the road from the Bullet chair lift and the Village area of Big White Ski Resort. Perfect for families!

Just walk out the door, step in your skis and hop on the lift or head to one of the many shops and restaurants no more than 50 feet away.
It also has a very large, private and secure garage for storing all your bikes and equipment!

Located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building.

Parking: 2 garage parking spots and 1 vehicle in front of garage. Garage measures 93.5” tall, 91” wide and 31.5’ deep.

Pet policy: No pets allowed.

Private hot tub available during Ski Season only

Ski Locker: Located outside front door

Additional amenities: In-suite laundry, Wi-Fi, BBQ, well-stocked kitchen amenities, cable TV, DVD, 2 x TV, wine fridge, wheelchair accessible, blender, mountain view, drip-style coffee maker, elevator.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

Big White
We really liked the condo and the closeness to the Bullet Chair. We did feel some of the accessories such as cutlery were dated. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. Great location.
