The space
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with an ensuite and a walk-in closet. Features expansive mountain views, king side bed, TV, automatic under cabinet night lights and heated floors for extra comfort in the ensuite.
Also upstairs a second bedroom with a queen side bed, with beautiful view of the neighborhood covered in winter snow. Third bedroom upstairs is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, that can sleep a total of 5 kids. It also features a TV which is perfect for morning cartoons, or a kid friendly movie before bed time.
Upstairs also features a full bathroom and a loft area with a pull out queen size bed and a coffee table, perfect corner for hanging out.

On the main floor there is a large kitchen, dining area, and a living area next to a TV and a cozy fireplace. The views from this floor are amazing, and never get old, summer time or winter. The space also features a balcony with a BBQ hooked up. Enjoy cooking with all new appliances, dine at the large solid wood dining table in style while soaking in the breathtaking views. Also on the main floor, you will find the front entrance, powder room, and access to garage.

Moving downstairs you will find a 4th bedroom with a queen size bed, looking over incredible views of the mountains.

Also downstairs you will find a second living room, furnished with a modern white leather couch and sofa set with glass tables, perfect for taking a break after a long day outside, and to get out of the way of the crowd in the main living space. The second living room features the same incredible views as upstairs, which we promise you will not be able to get enough of. Also in this space you will find a foosball table and access to the lower deck with a large 7 person hot tub, perfect for entertaining. Nestled between the main floor and downstairs, you will find a laundry room, as well as a super large play room with a seating area and a pool table. The whole downstairs floor has been set up with entertainment in mind and you are sure to enjoy it.

Finally from the second entrance downstairs you can access the ski in ski out lane nestled between the row of houses, which takes you to and from Milie's Mile run along a short groomed path, and down to Black Forest Express chair, all within a few minutes. Just under the house is a perfect staging area for kids and adults to get their equipment sorted out and ready for a fun day on the slopes.
