"We were extremely lucky that this home was available. We had to book a place last minute and this home ended up being 5 to 15 minutes from what we were there for. The home was clean, comfortable and the furniture throughout the home was beautiful and well arranged. The upstairs bathroom was like one you see on a home makeover show, the neighborhood was quiet. The only downfall was the train at night. "

"We met with friends for a short visit and wanted a quiet place to hang out that was near restaurants and historic places. This was the perfect location. Restaurants "The Foundry" and "Sueño" were great. Parking was no problem.We had a quick question for the property manager and he responded very quickly. Overall we had a great visit."

"Close house that allowed me and my 2 brothers to enjoy the first evening of first four of NCAA basketball tournament. Park at house, walk to arena, and full kitchen and bath to enjoy the stay. "

"We were in Dayton for a wedding. House was perfect for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to all Dayton activities. Clean, well maintained house. Liked that it was an older house and they kept some of the quaint charms, but with nice modern conveniences. "

"The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Cincinnati and Columbus. We enjoyed shopping and then stayed here for the night and played card games. The property is well maintained and easy to access. You can definitely tell it is an old house but it has charm. "

"Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. "

"The Cozy 2 Bedroom Abode in Historical South Park was a nice place. I stayed alone, so it had plenty of room for me. I like staying in vacation homes versus hotels because I like having a yard and the option to cook and prepare my own meals in a kitchen. My biggest gripes: there was not a remote for the television, and the place had a very hard time warming up. I haven't been to Ohio in a long time, I am from Texas so maybe the cooler temps took me aback. I couldn't get the place over 70...
