Jennifer’s leadership and enthusiasm continue to shine, and Jackson’s seamless check-in process made us feel right at home. This time, we were especially impressed by Josh and Chad at breakfast. Their teamwork is impeccable—they kept everything spotless and fully stocked, no matter how busy it got. They were friendly and interactive, going out of their way to make sure every guest was taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their efforts made breakfast one of the highlights of our stay. The consistency and dedication of the team here make this hotel a true gem.
