Said 4 Bedrooms and a game room...in reality it is three bedrooms with a trundle bed in the game room! Listed 2 rooms with King beds,1 room with queen and bunk bed and 1 bedroom with a full bed.(This is the game room with the trundle bed.) Very miss leading! The furniture shown in the pictures is not what is there! A very used sectional with very used pillows is what we found. ...

Covered Hot Tub with oceanfront view! - Sun or rain it's fun to hear the surf while soaking in the hot tub. Kids and adults love this covered hot tub. Laundry room door is closest and perfect for a quick towel wrap or dropping your swim suit in the wash.

"This was my 79th Birthday/New Years trip with my family of 8 (2 teenagers (15-19). As soon as we checked in, my youngest grandson gave me a hug and said, "Grandma, this place is awesome!" We all agreed! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a K-cup coffee maker! Most important for us was the easy beach access and the fantastic view but we all fell in love with the house itself! I am glad my tall sons have patience and a sense of humor for the small showers!...

The house was well kept and well stocked with anything you might need. We have not found that in many homes we've been at in the past.
