"We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week at Black Beach! The house was great - every bit as nice as the pictures - and the beds were very comfortable. Our host, Adam, was an excellent communicator, even going so far as providing pictures of what kitchen tools we could expect to find there. That was so very helpful since we were planning a big Thanksgiving meal. Our granddaughter enjoyed the black sandy beach, which is quite different from the other properties we've stayed at on Lake Superior. There was always a large selection of birds flitting about that were fun to watch - Eagles, Chickadees, Grouse, a Pileated Woodpecker, Mergansers and more! A beautiful property!"

"This was an incredible home overlooking Lake Superior--incredible views! It was spotlessly clean and had the most well-stocked kitchen of any of the many places we've stayed. Communication with the owner was quick and steps were immediately taken to solve one minor issue. Many hiking trails are nearby as well as other things to do. We will definitely be back!"
