Miss Not so Friendly Now, said w attitude, I had to have cash for change. Even though I had a credit card on file for incidentals, is this not one? I had no cash on me. In a "do everything on your phone" world, I could not use a dryer in one of the world's largest hotel chains. Not happy. "
