"There was a Foul oder coming from the bathroom, was drain in front of the sidewalk was overflowing so had a huge puddle in front of the door, 2 towels in the bathroom with Stains on them not even a wash cloth, tried to Email the contact and no response till sometime late at night did not see until the next morning, worst room I have ever Rented "

We were disappointed that the Hot tub as advertised was not working thus I would’ve given this 5 stars. But we were able to check out late and that was deeply appreciated. Overall I would rebook. "

The cabin was very clean and so I must say the cleaning crew is doing a great job. We also appreciated the location of the cabin and the close proximity to the zoo and ski resort.
