"We stayed at Ellie's Dream Cabin in late January to celebrate our 70th birthdays & 46th anniversary. Our son, daughter-in-law, & 6-year-old granddaughter joined us for two of our three nights. We were thoroughly impressed by the cabin and amenities. The great room and kitchen were particularly wonderful and conducive to a very special weekend. The interior smells of old wood lacquer giving it a sweet almost curry-like smell- not unpleasant just noticeable. "Great location, and tranquil area. Check-in was pretty smooth. Specifically picked this place as they have kitchens, which came in handy. All vital kitchenware was there too! The condo was dated, but kind of expected for the price point. Also, there was a cup next to the fireplace upon arrival which made me question the cleanliness of the place. The property does has some cool amenities like jacuzzi, pool, rec rooms, but I did not use them so can’t comment there. Overall, I had a decent stay."
