"Apt very spacious, in a rejuvenating neighborhood. About 1 mile walk to downtown. Our A/C did not work the first night during the heatwave, but they fixed it the following morning. The paid parking lot was 2 blocks away $20 Canadian for over 4 hours--24 hours. There are steps to enter the building so consider this with large luggage. We would stay again. "

"The property is a good option to visit Quebec. It is well located and only 30-40 min walking distance to old part of the city. The only downturn was the condition of the sofa bed, not good,. and that there is a bar just infront that is extremely popular and loud and the windows are not sound proof. It gets really noisy during the weekend and if you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you to stay. Otherwise, a nice, clean and updated unit. "

"The location of this property was fantastic!!! We loved how we could walk everywhere in Vieux Québec! The lock box check in process was easy by using the directions sent via email. Calling the phone number for help was simple and the operators were always very helpful! The room was spacious and accommodated our family of 4 wonderfully. Great linens and bathroom products! We would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends for their visit. "

"The apartment was in a great location and exactly what we hoped it would be in regards to space and comfort. The only downfall I can see would be in the hotter months as the bedrooms don't have AC units or fans, so the doors need to be left open in order to have some airflow from the AC in the hallway. But you could not ask for a better location."

"This comfortable property is in the perfect spot in beautiful Quebec City. Plains of Abraham is a enormous, lovely park just behind the property with beautiful river views, dozens of picnic spots, and winding walking trails. Quarter Montcalm, an artsy neighborhood with many restaurants, is a short stroll away. Old Quebec and its history and charm is just down the street. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. "The condo is neat and clean and attractive. It is conveniently located near to the La Roch district and the historic old town. The parking provided with the condo is only good for vehicles under 6’ high. If you have a truck or big SUV, then you have to pay to park in a different lot. "The space is small, but very well designed, so it worked well for our family of four. The apartment was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The shower was very nice! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and there is a grocery store and cafe down the block. We would definitely stay here again."
