"Our first time staying at The Catlton, we opted for the garden room on the ground floor. Huge mistake. No garden but a view of the parking lot. The breakfast is basic. There's no one cooking omlettes for you. It's a 4 star hotel and the photos make it look opulent, like a chateau but there's something lacking. Beaulieu is lovrly, but I think we'll explore other hotel options next time."

"We had a great time in Benoit's lovely studio penthouse. The location is perfect, with Cap Ferrat just a stroll away. The apartment is comfortably equipped and very quiet. And the view is absolutely spectacular, from the stars at night to the sunrise in the morning. We loved it! "

"Beautifully located Penthouse apartment with a large 180 degree terrace filled with flowers. Beautiful views all round. Good quality outside dining furniture. Very bright apartment with 3 large French doors leading out from the bedroom, lounge and kitchen onto the terrace. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower with a view from the window. Very clean and well presented throughout although the bed may not be to everyone's...

"The pool the kitchen the bedrooms and. Athrooms all surpassed expectations. The walk to the beach is longer than ideal but fine. The walk home is very steep."

"This was the second time we have enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in an excellent location within easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, train & bus. The apartment is lovely. It is well maintained and has beautiful views of the bay & Cap Ferrat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the yachts & swimming in the pool. Diane was extremely helpful and kind to us."
