Beaufort is the perfect place to vacation. In this coastal town, you will feel right at home especially if you stay at this waterfront property "Once upon a tide." The home has been newly renovated with all new furniture, appliances, flooring and much more. We are also located 2 minutes away from the Spanish Moss Trail. (Located 10 minutes away from Parris Island!) We also have other properties available.

Tidal Disappointment
When we got there we were greeted with a bucket of stagnant water, which is great for mosquitoes, not so much for people. The dead bolt on the side door didn't latch. The carpet in the kitchen looked like it had melted to the floor. There was no ice, nor icemaker in the fridge. There were only two teaspoons in the drawer. You can forget about cooking or even having a meal in the kitchen because the pans were all horribly ruined and there were no bowls. Also no glasses and only four plastic cups. The toaster worked only in the one outlet by the microwave which is only big enough for a dorm room. One bed is so low it appeared to be on the floor, not a bed frame. It is debatable whether the sheets or towels were clean. There was no soap for the sinks or showers and no hand towels. Overall, it was a disappointment for our family because we enjoy cooking and eating and playing games together at the beach.

Family vacation
Nice and quiet small neighborhood, great views of marsh and sunset. Sits right on Spanish Moss Trail which provides great area to walk in evening. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Nice Stay
Location was very close to the Paris Island, food in the area was very good, very cute area. The location was quiet and would definitely stay again. Overall, it was a very nice stay and very convenient for our sons graduation of boot camp.

We loved this location. The house was very homey and had everything we needed.
Loved staying on the marsh the view was great. We enjoyed the back deck and the swing in the yard. We will stay again in the future.
