"We stayed here so that our family could spend a weekend in the snow. It’s conveniently located by Leland snow play and also Dodge Ridge. The place has a nice ambience and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We didn’t get in until the evening. Once we got things going the first night, the house was nice and cozy. The room that took the longest to heat up with the downstairs main bedroom, but everything was warm by the middle of the night. "

"With all other listings being close to double in price or more, I thought this had to be too good to be true. But I took a chance, and it paid off!Firstly, the location was very convenient, with Condo Bear (the building this condo is in) being right across from the lodge and shuttle stop.Secondly, DeAnne, the host, was very communicative and responsive, both before and during our stay.Thirdly, the condo had everything we needed: enough beds to comfortably sleep all four of us (up to 7!), a fully-equipped kitchen, and even a heated towel rack!Downsides? The water heater was smaller than expected, so we had to take quick showers or space them apart.The price may have been what lured me in, but the location, the host, and the condo itself made this a true gem."

"We greatly enjoyed the house and close proximity to Bear Valley Ski Resort. We have young kids so we needed a close place in the event we had meltdowns at the slopes and needed to go back early. This was perfect. Lots of space and outdoor areas to explore far enough away from the highway. It's a short hike up to the house but just reframe as a workout and it does the trick. We'll definitely stay here again."

"We were very lucky to find this amazing Alpine Cabin for our family snow vacation in February. Thank you to Jess and Family for such an amazing opportunity. We really enjoyed the design of the Cabin with amazing A-frame, gas fireplace and plenty of room for all. It was very well appointed, supplied and super clean. I must add that the communication was excellent and the check-in process was superb as we were met in person by the owner and shuttled in the winter to the Cabin with their snowmobile and given a tour of the cabin. The in person check-in process was really top-notch and greatly appreciated. Likewise the departure process was super smooth as well. We hope we’re lucky enough to visit again soon! Looking forward to a visit in the summer too."
