"We loved our stay. We reserved this tiny home last minute after a bad experience at another place and were really happy with it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and put together nicely. We enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk down the road from the house which has a beautiful view of the lake and night sky. We will book here in the future. The host is responsive and excellent with communication and follow up. Highly recommend. "

"We last minute decided to come and visit family on the lake before our week stay at Pigeon Forge. Place was very clean, and they had everything you needed in a kitchen. Short trip to the lake and the marina. Also, very accommodating and great sense of humor! "The tiny house was just what we needed for our quick trip to visit our son at Carson Newman University. We didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor space with the hammock, fire pit and hot tub, but the inside of the home had a comfy bed, beautiful kitchen area and clean, updated bathroom. "

"Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...

"Week vacation. Great condo and well equipped kitchen. We greatly appreciated owners assistance getting in contact with marina. The boat is not allowed on Vrbo property and must stay at Huff marina. The marina was difficult to get ahold of. Via the Vrbo owner two days before trip we were able to make contact. There is minimal parking and tight for boat trailer so just be aware. Vrbo owners were great w communication on during a water shut off at the condo. "

"Anna was very responsive in all our needs for the property while we were the for Labor Day weekend. The dock on the lake is really nice and large. My only feedback is that the towels provided for showering were quite small, but besides that we enjoyed our time at the house!"
