"We last minute decided to come and visit family on the lake before our week stay at Pigeon Forge. Place was very clean, and they had everything you needed in a kitchen. Short trip to the lake and the marina. Also, very accommodating and great sense of humor! We all got a kick out of the 2 paper rolls and empty paper towel roll between the toilet seat The outdoor area is very tiny and is right next to some neighbors, as it is an apartment style place. "The tiny house was just what we needed for our quick trip to visit our son at Carson Newman University. We didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor space with the hammock, fire pit and hot tub, but the inside of the home had a comfy bed, beautiful kitchen area and clean, updated bathroom. "

"Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...
