"We love visiting Seal Beach for family and the walkable beach/coffee/food. This was a great spot to stay and the hosts super great with prep and communication throughout. Very cute patio (shared with the larger house but we were the only ones here for the week) and great to be able to park the rental car in the garage off the street. Would definitely stay here again. "The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Beach access across the street. Loved the balcony and view. The place was nice, comfy bed and sofa/bed in the living room. Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! Then the crap was piled in the bedroom. Also, if looking for the beach chairs and umbrella (which was broken) are outside along...

"You cannot get better than this location. The sunsets were amazing. There were a lot of biking, jogging paths nearby. The management company was very quick to work with us with any issues we had. I would recommend any rentals managed by Villa Rentals. "
