"What stood out to me was the friendly and courteous staff. When I flew into Spokane, my baggage was delayed. I checked into the Hotel Ruby without anything. The staff took care of me and gave me essentials until I was able to get my baggage the next day. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. "

"We pass through a few times a year and stay here. For the price, you get exactly what you would expect. Great place to stay on the way through to save a few bucks. Nice pool and hot tub. The room was clean and quiet, even though it is close to the interstate. There are several restaurants within a block or two and it is easy to get on/off the interstate. Overall, the price and convenience makes it a good place to stay on the way through. The included breakfast is average, but works. Five stars because it met expectations for the price."
