Gargage

"Garbage disposal wasn't working. We tried to fix it and make it work and then contacted the property manager. They said they'd send someone but no one ever came. They gave back 100 but I didn't think that was enough to have standing gross water in the sink and have to do dishes camping style."

"Great location and very accommodating! Enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles that were provided. Very clean house. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom but would definitely book again regardless. "

"Like a Tree House" Overlooking the Water

Love the tree house!

"Second time staying at the tree house and I loved it even more! Home is cozy clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, water views and peace! Neighbors are quiet and nice as well. It is a bit of a paddle to get into the springs and explore but if you aren’t afraid of a little exploring it’s the perfect spot. Came with 4 kayaks and 1 canoe so plenty of options and dock allows easy access to river. Kitchen came fully stocked and even some seasonings (which I forgot to pack) Looking at dates for June to come back to the tree house!"

Weeki Wachee House - Private Pool & Nearby to Nature Preserves

Great Birthday

"Stayed here with friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time and spent a day at the Weeki Wachee Spring 5 min away. Clean house. Only thing I would say is bath towels should be upgraded they are pretty old. Pool was nice but new pool toys would be nice too. Overall I had a great experience and it was a convenient location. "

Magical

"Our stay at Manatee Cove truly was magical. The property is right on the river which is gorgeous especially when viewed from the amazing screened in deck. We stayed on the deck most of the time we were at the home. I had never been in a kayak, but since they were supplied I thought I would try it. Now I’m totally hooked! There are a variety of types which is nice, and we really enjoyed using them. The apartment is beautifully appointed, super clean, and roomy. The furniture is actually comfortable, and the owners have done a really good job with landscaping so the home feels very private. The hosts were super helpful, and we have already booked the same place for a trip in May!Oh - and - we saw a total of 12 manatees and 2 river otters! "

Great Spring Brean

"The house was immaculate with all the listed amenities. Location was perfect with only a short drive to the local restaurants and parks. Environment was peaceful. My kids and I were able to paddleboard to the beautiful clear water within 5 minutes from house. Manatees literally swimming up to the house. Keith, the host, was so helpful and friendly.with quick response times. We will most definitely be back! "
