"Ari and Mark did a wonderful job making us feel welcome at their cute bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to the downtown area of Sayville and the train stop. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. "What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. "The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan.
